Shipping policy

Order processing

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. We don't ship on weekends or US public holidays. During launches, restocks, and holiday periods, processing can take an extra day or two — we'll say so on the site if that happens.

You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking as soon as your package is on its way.

Domestic shipping (United States)

Standard — $8. Typically 3–7 business days after processing.
Standard — free on orders of $70 or more. Applied automatically at checkout.
Express — $15. Typically 1–3 business days after processing.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and aren't guaranteed. Weather, carrier backlogs, and holiday volume can add time.

International shipping

We ship to a range of countries via USPS and DHL Express. Live rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.

Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. These are charged by your country, not by us, and we have no way to predict or refund them. If a package is refused or abandoned at customs, we can't refund the order or the shipping.

Tracking

Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show movement after you receive the email. If it hasn't updated after that, contact us and we'll look into it.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it ships. If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll refund the item cost but not the original shipping, and re-shipping will be charged again.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you don't have the package, check with your household and neighbors first, then file a claim with the carrier. We'll help you with the claim, but we can't be responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the correct address.

If a package goes missing in transit, contact us and we'll open a carrier trace and make it right.
